The estate of a Wal-Mart store greeter who died after a loss-control employee and an alleged shoplifter collided with her cannot sue the giant retailer for wrongful death, the North Carolina Court of Appeals ruled Tuesday.

I am writing this review to thank the workers compensation attorney group and their lawyers. My injury was very minor and I could not seem to get any help getting medical treatment and it seemed to get worse. By the time I hired a work comp lawyer to help me with my injury my pain had gotten unbearable. My carpal tunnel was very bad. I had a surgery which helped relieve the pain but my hand will never be the same. I wish I would have hired a lawyer years earlier. I really think it would have helped me maintain the use of my hand.
